Zusammenfassung

Die Notwendigkeit einer Ernährungsberatung und die Bedeutung der Nährstoffzufuhr bei Patienten mit chronisch entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen ist heute kaum umstritten. Sie trifft überdies auf eine bei Patienten und im Bereich der Pädiatrie auch bei Patienteneltern vorhandene Überzeugung, daß die Ernährung entweder als Auslöser oder Unterhalter der Erkrankung von Bedeutung sein muß.
