Summary

We developped a new endoscopic method for intervertebral body fusion of the thoracic spine in sheep. Under endoscopic control partial resection of the intervertebral disc and the adjacent endplates of the vertebral bodies can be performed, followed by the insertion of a solid bone-graft.
