Summary
The severe indictments of medical education induce new didactic approaches. The integration of new teaching technologies into curricular programs seems to contribute to problem solving in respect to the enhancement of educational quality. The computer-based, case-based, interactive hypermedia learning program „abdominal pain“has been evaluated. It is highly interactive, enhances the motivation to learn, and is accepted by the students. The learning outcome is satisfactory.
Zusammenfassung
Die Ausbildungsmisere induziert neue Zugänge zur Lehre. Die Integration neuer Lehr-Technologien in den Unterricht scheint zur Problemlösung bezüglich der Qualitätsverbesserung beizutragen. Das computerbasierte, fallbasierte, interaktive Hypermedia-Lernprogramm „Bauchschmerz“wurde evaluiert. Es ist in besonderem Maße interaktiv, fördert die Lernmotivation und wird von den Studenten akzeptiert. Das Lernergebnis ist zufriedenstellend.
