Zusammenfassung

Seit der Einführung der Klammernahttechnik in die kolorektale Chirurgie Ende der 70er Jahre sind hauptsächlich frühe Erfahrungsberichte und vergleichende Untersuchungen der Hand- mit der Staplernaht veröffentlicht worden [5, 13, 15, 17, 18]. In prospektiv randomisierten Studien hatte sich die maschinelle Klammernaht nach kolorektalen Resektionen dabei der Handnaht als zumindest gleichwertig erwiesen [3, 8, 16].
