Stapler am Gastrointestinaltrakt — pro und contra

Klammernahttechnik in der Chirurgie

Zusammenfassung

Klammernahtgeräte werden in nahezu allen Bereichen der gastroenterologischen Chirurgie als Alternative zur Handnaht angewendet. Die Indikationen zur Staplernaht werden jedoch kontrovers diskutiert [1, 3, 6, 30, 39, 43]. Ausgesprochene Protagonisten der Klammernahtgeräte führen nahezu sämtliche Nähte am Gastrointestinaltrakt mit Staplern aus, während konservativ eingestellte Chirurgen nach wie vor ausschließlich die Handnaht verwenden. Die meisten Chirurgen benutzen beide Nahtmethoden parallel und setzen den Stapler nur für solche Operationsschritte ein, bei denen er besonders geeignet erscheint.
