Zusammenfassung

Die Bearbeitung und Verwaltung der in Umweltbehörden anfallenden, komplexen Arbeitsabläufe kann durch eine automatisierte Vorgangsverwaltung unterstützt werden.

Der folgende Beitrag beschreibt am Beispiel der Gewerbeaufsicht ein System, mit dessen Hilfe die Bearbeitung sowie die Verwaltung von Vorgängen im Umweltschutz erleichtert, verbessert und beschleunigt werden kann.

Abstract

The handling and administration of complex sequences of operations incurring within the work of Environmental Authorities can be supported by an automised process management.

Taking the Industrial Inspection Board as an example the following article give an outline of a system by which the handling and administration of operations within the field of environmental protection can be made easier, improved and accelerated.
