Zusammenfassung
Bei der Entwicklung synthetischer Opioide für die i.v.-Anästhesie werden folgende Eigenschaften angestrebt:

Wirkungsspezifität für die Anästhesiekomponente „Analgesie“ bzw. Suppression der zentralen Verarbeitung und der neuroendokrinen Reaktion auf Schmerzreize,
-
2.
hohe therapeutische Breite,
-
3.
Antagonisierbarkeit,
-
4.
Steuerbarkeit,
-
5.
Fehlen von Kumulation und Toleranz bei Langzeitanwendung, und
-
6.
Fehlen spezifischer und unspezifischer nicht analgetischer Effekte.
