Zusammenfassung

Die Therapie der Reisediarrhö erfolgt symptomatisch mit unspezifischen Maßnahmen und gegebenenfalls spezifisch mit antimikrobiellen Medikamenten. Die spezifische Therapie erfolgt gezielt bei bekanntem Erreger oder ungezielt — meist als Selbsttherapie während der Reise.
