Zusammenfassung

Was leistet das Dermatoskop für die präoperative Unterscheidung pigmentierter Basaliome von anderen pigmentierten Tumoren der Haut? Dazu wurden 15 pigmentierte Basaliome unter 800 histologisch kontrollierten Pigmenttumoren der Haut dermatoskopisch analysiert. Dokumentiert wurde mit dem Auflichtmikroskop nach Bahmer und Rohrer [1].
