Zusammenfassung

Erworbene Inhibitoren gegen Thrombin sind sehr selten [1, 4, 6].

1988 beschrieben STRICKER et al. erstmals das postoperative Auftreten eines Inhibitors gegen Thrombin nach herzchirurgischen Eingriffen bei drei Patienten mit künstlichen Herzklappen [5]. Als Ursachen wurde chronische Prothrombinaktivierung an der Klappenoberfläche mit nachfolgender Sensibilisierung gegen Thrombin, Infektionen oder Antibiotikagabe diskutiert.
