Zusammenfassung
Die Blutungsneigung bei Patienten mit einer Thrombasthenie ist unterschiedlich stark ausgeprägt. Die Mehrzahl der Patienten fällt durch perioperative oder posttraumatische Blutungskomplikationen auf. Wenige Patienten sind von spontanen Blutungen betroffen. Am gefürchtetsten sind zerebrale Blutungen.
