Zusammenfassung

Die Aktivierung des „intrinsic-Gerinnungssystems wird durch Kontakt des Plasmas mit negativ geladenen Oberflächen eingeleitet. Als derartige Oberflächen wirken in vivo suBendotheliale Strukturen wie das Kollagen, die Basalmembranen und andere verschiedene Gewebsstrukturen. In vitro besitzen Glas, Kaolin, Celite und Ellagsäure vergleichbare Eigenschaften [1,7].
