Isoelektrische Fokussierung von Fruchtwasser-AFP zur Diagnose offener Neuralrohrdefekte

Zusammenfassung

In der genetischen Fruchtwasser(FW)-Diagnostik werden offene Neuralrohrdefekte (ONTD) durch die quantitative Bestimmung von alpha-Fetoprotein (AFP) und den Nachweis von Azetylcholinesterase (AChE) erkannt. Das Risiko falsch positiver Befunde ist bei Frühamniozentesen, blutigem Fruchtwasser und intrauterinem Fruchttod (IUFD) erhöht (1). Um diese Diagnostik zu verbessern, haben wir einen qualitativen Test entwickelt (2).
