Die verbesserten Überlebensraten von Frühgeborenen erscheinen nicht ausschließlich auf der Verfügbarkeit des Surfactant-Faktors zu beruhen, sondern weitere Ursachen beeinflussen das Überleben dieser Risikokinder (1).
