Validität von CRP und Granulozyten-Elastase beim frühen vorzeitigen Blasensprung

Zusammenfassung

Der vorzeitige Blasensprung (VBS) ist mit einem erhöhten Risiko einer intraamnialen Infektion bzw. eines neonatalen Infekts behaftet (1). Das Erkennen eines drohenden intrauterinen Infektes ist von großer Wichtigkeit, bietet jedoch diagnostische Schwierigkeiten. Verschiedene Parameter werden in diesem Zusammenhang diskutiert (2). Wir prüfen die Wertigkeit der Granulozyten-Elastase (Immunoassay, Merck) und des C-reaktiven Proteins (CRP= (Immunturbidimetrie, Roche).
