Der Glucose- und Fructosegehalt des menschlichen Uterussekretes

Zusammenfassung

Bei der extracorporalen Befruchtung wird der Vorgang der Fertilisation der Eizelle und der ersten Teilung des neuentstandenen Keimes aus dem Eileiter in ein Reaktionsgefäß verlagert. Um dem Gameten aber möglichst physiologische Umgebungsbedingnugen anzubieten, müssen zunächst entsprechende Kenntnisse über Zusammensetzung der Sekrete beim Menschen erworben werden. Im Rahmen einer umfassensen Analyse des uterinen Sekretes (Tabelle 1) haben wir den Fructose und Glucosegehalt an verschiedenen Tagen des menstruellen Zyklkus bestimmt.
