Zusammenfassung

Die vulväre intraepitheliale Neoplasie III (VIN III) ist eine seltene Veränderung, welche ein erhöhtes Risiko einer malignene Erkrankung aufweist (1). Über den Verlauf nach C02-Laserbehandlung ist wenig bekannt. Ziel dieser Arbeit war, Risiko, Behandlung und Follow-up von Patientinnen mit Vin III zu dokumentieren.
