Zusammenfassung

Die Prostaglandinproduktion des Endometriums weißt zyklische Schwankungen auf. In der Proliferationsphase sind nur minimale PGR2alpha und PGE2 Konzentrationen Meßbar. Die maximale PGF2alpha und PGE2-konzentration wird mittluteal erreicht (1). Den Prostaglandinen werden als para- und autokrine Hormone differenzierende Aufgaben zugesprochen.
