Zusammenfassung

Die Amplifikation und Überexpression des Proto-Onkogens c-erB-2 (c-neu,HER-2) wird derzeit in der Literatur als ungünstiger prognostischer Faktor für das Ovarialkarzinomen diskutiert (3). Slamon et al. (3) fanden eine gute Korrelation zwischen der Zahl der HER-2/neu DNA-Kopien respektive RNA-Menge und der Intensität des immunhistochemischen p 185-Nachweises an Gefriermaterial.
