Zusammenfassung

Bis 1990 wurden an der Universitäts-Frauenklinik Erlangen 278 Mammakarzinompatientinnen mit medialem Tumorsitz mastektomiert. In einer retrospektiven Studie wurde untersucht, ob die seit 1985 konsequent durchgeführte adjuvante Bestrahlung des medialen und supraklavikulären Lymphabflußgebietes nach Mastektomie einen Nutzen zeigt im Hinblick auf das lokoregionäre Rezidiv und das Überleben der Patientinnen.
