Zusammenfassung

Die prognostische Bedeutung der Steroidrezeptoren ist anerkannt. Die Entwichlung eines monoklonalen Antikörpers gegen das Östrogenrezeptor durch Green (1980) hat die immunhistochemische Bestimmung des Rezeptorgehaltes direkt am Gefrierschnitt oder im eingebetteten Material ermöglicht. Der Vorteil dieses Verfahrens liegt in dem kleinen benötigten Tumorvolumen.
