Wirkungsweisen und klinischer Einsatz von Antigestagenen

Zusammenfassung

Seit ihrer Entdeckung im Jahre 1980 finden 19-nor Testeron derivate mit einer Aminophenylgruppe In Position C11 und einer mehr oder weniger langkettigen Substitution in Position C17 zunehmendes Interesse in Forschung und Klinik. Die Summe der Publikationen steigt exponentiell. Derzeit sind ca 800 Originalarbeiten und Übersichtartikel Veröffentlich. Das Interesse ist auf zwei Substabzen focusiert: Mifepriston und Onapriston. Diese Steroide haben einige Gemeinsamkeiten, unterscheiden sich jedoch deutlich in wesentlichen Punkten hinsichtlich ihre Bioverfügbarkeit, ihres Wirkspektrum und ihrer Steriodrezeptorenbeeinflussung.
