Zusammenfassung

Die meisten Angaben über die Erfolgrate von Inkontinenzoperationen beruhen auf retrospektiver Datenerfassung und subjektiver Beurteilung. Eine objektive Qualitätskontrolle kann nur erreicht werden, wenn

  1. a.

    die Indikation für den operativen Eingriff auf einer gezielten präoperativen Diagnostik und standardisierten Richtlinien aufbaut

  2. b.

    eine standardisiserte Operationstechnik angewandt wird und

  3. C.

    postoperativ die die operationsbedingten Veränderungen urodynamisch und morphologisch entsprechend den präoperativen Kriterien nachuntersucht werden.
