Zusammenfassung
Kongenitale Fehlbildungen der Gebärmutter sind eine häufige Ursache für rezidivierende Aborte. Meist handelt es sich urn einen Uterus subseptus (partielles Septum) oder Uterus septus (komplettes Septum). Der Uterus bicornis oder der Uterus didelphys mit äußerer Trennung in zwei Gebärmutterkörper sind eine Rarität. Die traditionelle Behandlung uteriner Septen ist die per Laparotomie durchgeführte Metroplastik. Heutzutage tritt die endoskopische Methode per operativer Hysteroskopie zunehmend in den Vordergrund.
