Zusammenfassung
Seit zwei Jahren werden in unserem Haus zunehmend operative Bauchspiegelungen durchgeführt. Hierbei ist die Adnexchirurgie mit Ausnahme des Ovarialkarzinoms (OC) praktisch vollkommen zur Domäne der pelviskopischen Operation geworden. Gegenstand kontroverser Diskussionen ist die Frage, inwieweit ein unbeabsichtigtes pelviskopisches Anoperieren eines okkulten OC FIGO Ia mit Umwandlung in Stadium Ic die a priori günstige Prognose der Erkrankung in dieser Phase verschlechtern kann.
