Zusammenfassung
Von Januar 1986 bis April 1988 führten wir die Chemoembolisation mit Lipiodol und einer Zytostatikakombination aus Epirubicin und Cisplatin an 22 Patienten (3 w/19m) mit gesichertem irresektablem hepatozellulärem Karzinom (HCC) durch. Es wurden nur eine komplette Remission und eine partielle Remission beobachtet, 7 Patienten waren für kurze Zeit im Krankheitsverlauf stabil, aber 13 Patienten (>50%) waren trotz Chemoembolisation progredient. Die nach Kaplan-Meyer berechnete Überlebenswahrscheinlichkeit ab Behand lungsbeginn lag bei 5 Monaten (10 Monate ab Diagnosestellung; [1,2]).
