Pathologie primärer maligner Lebertumoren nach Chemoembolisation

Zusammenfassung

Obwohl die Zahl der durch regionale Therapieformen behandelten primären Lebermalignome sicher mehrere Tausend beträagt, finden sich nur relativ wenige systematische pathomorphologische Untersuchungen über therapieinduzierte Veränderungen des Tumor- und Lebergewebes. Diese meist aus dem ostasiatischen Raum stammenden Studien (Sakurai et al. 1984; Matsu 1985; Hsu et al. 1986; Sasaki et al. 1987; Kuroda et al. 1991) kommen jedoch zu ähnlichen Befunden, die mit hier dokumentierten, an einem eigenen Kollektiv erarbeiteten Ergebnissen (Fischer et al. 1989) übereinstimmen.
