Zusammenfassung
Im folgenden werden empirische Ergebnisse aus einem Untersuchungsprojekt zur Telekooperation in der Rechtspflege im Rahmen der Projektgruppe Verfassungsverträgliche Technikgestaltung (PROVET) exemplarisch vorgestellt. Anwaltskanzleien und Gerichte arbeiteten in einem Probebetrieb mit Electronic Mail und elektronischer Unterschrift an in- und aushäusigen Telekooperationsakten.
