Zusammenfassung
Der systemische Lupus erythematodes (SLE) ist eine akute oder chronische entzündliche Erkrankung des Bindegewebes, wobei eine gestörte Immunregulation der wesentliche pathogenetische Mechanismus zu sein scheint.
