Zusammenfassung
Motorisch evozierte Potentiale, die durch transkranielle Magnetstimulation ausgelöst werden, haben sich in der Diagnostik von Erkrankungen der Wirbelsäule mit einer Beteiligung der motorischen Bahnen als zuverlässig und empfindlich erwiesen [1, 3, 4]. Es konnten läsionsspezifische Veränderungen nachgewiesen werden [5].
