Zusammenfassung

Die Korrelation evozierter Potentiale bewußtloser Patienten nach Hirnläsionen mit dem Überleben bzw. Versterben ist wiederholt untersucht worden [2, 3]. Besonders somatosensorisch (SEP) und akustisch (AEP) evozierte Potentiale wurden als eng korreliert beschrieben. Über die transkraniell magnetisch-motorisch evozierten Potentiale (TMEP) gibt es erst spärliche Daten [5]. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Untersuchung der Korrelation der TMEP mit dem Behandlungsergebnis im Vergleich zu SEP, visuell evozierten Potentiale (VEP), AEP, Komagrad und Alter.
