Zusammenfassung

Bereits in den 50er Jahren haben Autoren, wie u. a. Stead [41], Telford und Keats [42] darauf hingewiesen, daß sowohl depolarisierende als auch nicht-depolarisierende Muskelrelaxantien bei pädiatrischen Patienten auf Grund anatomischer und physiologischer Besonderheiten eine gegenüber Erwachsenen unterschiedliche Wirkung aufweisen.
