Abstract
Ergonomics for hypermedia courseware, and more generally for all computer assisted systems, must be considered at two levels:
-
1.
a deep level which is global and deals with the architecture and the functionality of the interface between a computer system and a human user;
-
2.
a superficial level, more technical, which is concerned with practical aspects.
