Zur Strahlentherapie des Endometriumkarzinoms

Zusammenfassung

Berücksichtigt man den bereits skizzierten Therapiewandel mit der derzeitigen Betonung auf die Primäroperation, dann ist zunächst festzustellen, daß trotz des Wechsels von Radium auf Afterloading-Verfahren die strahlentherapeutischen Fragestellungen intensiv bearbeitet wurden. Von den gynäkologisch-radiologischen Spezialabteilungen her haben sich die Fachkenner auf die neuen Probleme eingestellt (Tabelle 1) [4,14,17,1835,42], dagegen führen die allgemeinen Strahlentherapeuten meist auf Anregung oder Initiative der Frauenärzte eine postoperative Strahlenbehandlung mit unterschiedlich hohen Dosen im Zielvolumen und seltener mit vaginaler Strahlenapplikation durch. Leider fehlen hierüber genaue Zahlenangaben mit Ergebnissen für die deutschen Strahlenkliniken.
