Zusammenfassung

Nach histogenetischen Gesichtspunkten werden bei den Hodentumoren unterschieden:

  • Keimzelltumoren, die sich von den Keimzellen des Hodens herleiten. Dazu gehoren Seminome und nichtseminomatöse Tumoren wie embryonale Karzinome, Dottersacktumoren, Choriokarzinome und Tetratome.

  • Stromatumoren, die von den Zellen gonadalen Stromas abstammen. hierzu werden Leydig-Zell-, Sertoli-Zell-, Granulosazelltumoren, Gonadoblastome, Androblastome und Kombinationen gerechnet.
