Zusammenfassung
Das Ziel des GI-Arbeitskreises “Technische Informationssysteme” in der Fachgruppe 4.2.1. “Rechnerunterstütztes Entwerfen und Konstruieren (CAD)” der Gesellschaft für Informatik e.V. ist die Erarbeitung von Konzepten für den Aufbau und den Einsatz von technischen Informationssystemen im Bereich Entwurf unter Verwendung der heute verfügbaren Datenbanktechnologie. Die Ergebnisse des Arbeitskreises sollen helfen, die bestehende Lücke zwischen den prinzipiell möglichen Aufgaben und Zielen von technischen Informationssystemen und der Istsituation zu schließen. Die Vorgehensweise des Arbeitskreises gliedert sich in drei Hauptphasen: (1) Aufnahme der Istsituation, (2) Problemanalyse und (3) Erarbeitung eines Sollkonzepts.
