Abstract
Computed tomography (CT) plays an outstanding role in the diagnostic imaging of the upper abdomen. In many cases, therapeutic decisions are in part made on the findings of this examination. Diagnostic interest not only concentrates on the classification of pathological processes, but also on the evaluation of their operability.
