Zusammenfassung

Massive Blutungen aus peptischen Ulzera stellen eine lebensbedrohliche Situation dar. Die Prognose der Ulkusblutung hängt von verschiedenen Einzelfaktoren (z.B. Schockindex, Blutungsaktivität, Alter) vor allem jedoch von der Rezidivblutungsrate ab [3].
