Zusammenfassung
Aus den Vergleichen zwischen Komplikationen nach konservativer und operativer Therapie bzw. Komplikationsrate und Behandlungsnutzen, d. h. der Erzielung möglichst guter Spätresultate und damit möglichst weniger negativer Spätfolgen, ergibt sich die Indikation für das jeweilige Therapieverfahren. Aus eigenen Untersuchungsergebnissen und den Angaben in der Literatur sollen der aktuelle Wissenstand und dessen Praxisrelevanz dargelegt werden. Aus der Abteilung für Unfall- und Wiederherstellungschirurgie im Klinikum Steglitz beziehe ich mich auf die Daten von 100 Patienten mit 101 Acetabulumfrakturen. Von diesen weisen 35 Patienten auch eine Beckenringverletzung auf. Die Klassifikation erfolgt nach der AO-Einteilung.
