Zusammenfassung

Von verschiedenen tierexperimentellen Pankreatitis-Studien ist der toxische Effekt des pankreatogenen Ascites (PA), intravenös oder intraperitoneal gegeben, bekannt [1]. In diesem PA sind eine Vielzahl bekannte, aber weit mehr noch weitgehend unbekannte toxische und vasoaktive Substanzen enthalten, die nach Resorption über die Peritonealhöhle zu den systemischen Komplikationen bei dieser Erkrankung führen [2].
