Zusammenfassung
Da gültige Richtlinien zur präoperativen quantitativen Erfassung der Leberfunktion nicht existieren, damit das Ausmaß der vertretbaren Leberresektion gerade bei Patienten mit chronischen Leberleiden nicht möglich ist [1], wird in einer prospektiven Studie bei Leberresektion neben dem klinischen Eindruck und der Syntheseleistung der Leber vor allem die Wertigkeit von Leberfunktionstests (Indigocyaningrüntest, ICG; Galaktoseeliminations- kapazität, GEK; Monoethylglycinxylidid-Test, MEGX) erfaßt.
