Das Konzept der lokalen Immunsuppression eines transplantierten Organs hat primär das Ziel, systemische Nebenwirkungen angewandter Immunsuppression zu minimieren [1], wobei hier an erster Stelle die Infektanfälligkeit zu nennen ist.
