Nach operativen Eingriffen am Darm sind immer wieder Störungen der Darmfunktionen zu beobachten. Diese Funktionen unterliegen der Regulation durch das enterische Nervensystem (ENS) mit seinen intrinsischen und extrinsischen Reflexschleifen.
