Zusammenfassung

Harze sind nichtflüchtige Stoffe, die in Rinde und Holz bevorzugt von Nadelhölzern neben den ätherischen Ölen vorkommen. Es handelt sich um amorphe, bei Raumtemperatur feste Massen, die beim Erwärmen erweichen. In lipophilen Lösungsmitteln sind sie in der Regel gut löslich, in hydrophilen dagegen nicht.
