Zusammenfassung
Bei der operativ durchgeführten lumbalen Sympathektomie werden über einen retroperitonealen Zugang die Ganglien in Höhe von L 2–L 5 reseziert. Die Letalität liegt bei ca. 1–2%. In den letzten Jahren hat die CT-gesteuerte Sympathikolyse als alleinige oder additive Maßnahme zu operativen Revaskularisationen oder einer PTA bei peripherem AVL zunehmende Beachtung gefunden [3, 4, 6–8, 10]. Ferner wurden Anwendungen im Thoraxbereich bei Hyperhidrosis oder Raynaud-Symptomatik und bei schmerzhaften Pankreasprozessen beschrieben [2, 9].
