Abstract

Risk assessment not only has to rely on the toxicological data base, but the different exposure scenarios must be taken into account to the same extent. Basically, there are three main categories of exposure:

  1. 1.

    exposure during chemical production;

  2. 2.

    exposure of the applicator of downstream user;

  3. 3.

    exposure of the general population.
