Zusammenfassung

Die tatsächliche Häufigkeit proktologischer Erkran kungen während einer Schwangerschaft ist in der Literatur schlecht dokumentiert. Es wird geschätzt [7, 11], daß bei 85% der betroffenen Primi- oder Multiparae proktologische Erkrankungen während oder nach ihrer ersten Schwangerschaft auftraten. Dieses Auftreten proktologischer Erkrankungen bei Frauen steht in Beziehung zum Menstruationszyklus und zur Gravidität.
