Eine Analfissur ist eine schmerzhafte, strichartig oder elliptisch geformte Ulzeration, die sich im unte ren Teil des Analkanals von der Linea pectinea bis mehr oder weniger zum Analrand hin befindet. Diese Läsion ist sehr häufig und verursacht heftigste Schmerzen.
