Zusammenfassung
Als Verschlechterung wird diejenige Veränderung des Rückenmarks bezeichnet, die, nach einer ersten zur Querschnittlähmung führenden Traumatisierung, mit einem Anstieg des neurologischen Niveaus verbunden ist. Wir beschränken uns hier nur auf die neurologische Veränderung über 3–4 Segmente.
