Abstract
The temperature-dependent normal resistivity, ρn, in the a-b plane of Nd2-xCexCuO4-y (x ≈ 0.15) has been measured from 1.3 K to 300 K where superconductivity is destroyed by a pulsed magnetic field. The relation of Δρn (=ρn − ρo) ∝ Ln T is found below 10–20 K, where ρo is residual resistivity. The Ln T dependence can be explained by the electron-electron interaction effects in the weakly localized region for 2-dimensional systems. The anomalous magnetoconductivity above T c is found in a high magnetic field above 6–8 T.
